Welcome to Bums & Legs! Today’s class is all about building lower-body strength — targeting your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. We’ll use controlled movements to fire up those muscles, improve stability, and sculpt strong, toned legs. Stay focused, move with control, and feel the burn!"

GROOVE is an energetic low-mid intensity dance class that will have you moving and grooving to a fusion of dance styles, giving you a total body workout while having fun. Suitable for all levels, it is a great workout to improve your cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, and mobility. Improving your fitness while having fun!
